Organisation Induction is the first course in the AACACS08 Training Package. It is designed to develop Army Cadet Staff (ACS) so that they can assist in an Army Cadet Unit (ACU). The course is delivered via a workbook and on-the-job or workplace training, in other words you learn while you do.  There is also a log book for you to record all the workplace training you do.  Follow the instructions in the workbook and the log book.  If you have any difficulties please contact your Mentor or email coursehelp@acstrainingcentral.com

You must complete the enrolment form and follow the instructions in the Organisation Induction SOP.  You have six months from the date of enrolment to complete the Organisation Induction.  On completion you must submit all you workbooks, log book and other evidence to your ACU OC who will send it on to the Bn Assessor. If you achieve competency you will receive a statement of attainment and be eligible to complete either the OOC Basic or IOC Basic Course.

The Organisation Induction workbook is an Adobe PDF with fields that you can fill in on your computer.  When you download the workbook save it to your documents and fill in your answers on your computer.  Some of the activities or answers may need to be done after printing however the majority can be done electronically.  You will need to print the workbook to submit it.
