Staff Members can gain a range of professional and personal skills from being an Officer or Instructor, including:

• Hands on training through action learning

Who is responsible for Cadet activities?

Cadet Unit commanders and Cadet Staff take care of activities to ensure community standards are maintained and Cadet capabilities are considered. Cadet Staff are trained and available to support Cadets in all activities.
