Australian Navy Cadets are continually looking for new people to join their dedicated crew of Staff.  Navy Cadet Staff are the backbone of Navy Cadets, along with the parents and the wider community that support the organisation.

If you would like the play a significant and rewarding role in developing Australia’s youth, you should consider becoming a member of the Australian Navy Cadet Staff.  As a Staff member of our crew you will be trained and have the opportunity to work with young people to enhance their leadership ability, self esteem and confidence.
